Class A2 tuning forks have long been a favorite of the medical industry. They are larger than our standard Class A3 tuning forks with longer handles.

We offer three variations:

  • A variable frequency fork calibrated with removable weights for 165 Hz and 256 Hz
  • Individual Class A2 medical tuning forks at either 256 Hz or 512 Hz

 

Description

The A2 Variable tuning fork has two frequencies, 165 Hz with the weights and 256 Hz with the weights removed. The individual tuning forks are either 256 Hz or 512 Hz. All three are Riverbank Class A2 tuning forks made from a 1/2″ x 1 1/4″ (1.3cm x 3.2cm) patented aluminum alloy that is non-magnetic, will not rust, corrode or tarnish, and require no plating.
