Return Policy SWB 256 Tuning Forks does not accept returns or exchanges on special, bulk, Custom Hz, or international orders. Domestic orders which are not Custom HZ, which are in the original, unopened wrapping and which have not been used or opened, may be returned for a refund. Return shipping is paid by the buyer. Shipping All international fees, including Customs, brokerage, VAT, taxes, duties and shipping are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping is calculated by the carrier. SWB 256 is not responsible for any of those fees. Domestic shipping to USA destinations may be free for orders up to $500, and calculated by weight, insurance and distance by the carrier or larger orders.
Intellectual Property The Site and its original content, including photos, features and functionality are owned by SWB256 Tuning Forks and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
Termination We may terminate your access to the Site, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with you. All provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
